1:    Our events are only available to persons 18 and over, no persons under the age of 18 will be permitted on any event.

2:    UK Paranormal Events tries to make as many of its events as possible as accessible to everyone, but due to the age and condition of some of the locations this is not always feasible. Safety is very important to us so some locations are not suitable for clients with disabilities.  Information regarding the accessibility of the locations will available in the event description.

3:    We will only allow group bookings of fewer than five people of the same sex, mixed sex groups of over five people will be accepted.

4:    UK law applies at all our events so there is strictly no smoking indoors at all our events, outdoor smoking areas may be provided at some of the events. The use of candles, naked flames, matches and lighters are not allowed during the event.

5:   Alcohol or drugs are not permitted at any event, UK Paranormal Events  have a strict policy whereby if anyone appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or if they are suspected of bringing either alcohol or drugs to an event they will be asked to  leave immediately. Anyone evicted from an event for the above reasons will not be eligible for a refund for any part of monies paid for the event. All UK Paranormal Events staff will use their own discretion and have the ultimate decision to evict anyone whom they consider to be behaving in an inappropriate manner.

6:    Due to the nature of these events and the restrictions at some of the locations pregnant women are not allowed on any of our events.

7:    You must inform the team of any health problems prior to an event. Please note that some investigations will include steps, walking and uneven floors. If this could be a problem please check before booking, information will be provided on the event description.

8:    All locations must be respected.  Clients must act in a sensible manner with respect for the property, contents and surroundings, when leaving the event you will ensure that due to the lateness of the hour you will respect the needs of nearby residents by leaving quietly and quickly. Many locations are furnished with antiques and items that can be easily damaged and we ask that all clients consider this whilst on location and take caution.

9:    Sleeping facilities are not included on any of our events unless specified in the event description, we have frequent breaks throughout the event but you are requested to remain awake throughout the event.

10:   It is important that all our clients are aware and understand that they attend the events at their own risk.  UK Paranormal Events accept no liability for any accident/injury/incident to a client however it may be caused. UK Paranormal Events will not be liable for any damage or loss to property and personal equipment either on the journey to an event, during an event and on the journey back home from an event.  

11:  Our events are held at reputedly haunted locations but we cannot guarantee paranormal activity. We promise that we will not fabricate anything at any of our events. As these locations are reputedly haunted UK Paranormal Events will not be liable for damage that may be caused by any poltergeist, ghost or spiritual activity during the event.

12:   During an event clients will be split into small groups, each group will have a UK Paranormal Events staff member with them during investigations, we request you remain in these groups, if you are feeling unwell or feel you need to get out during an event please notify the UKPE staff member and they will radio for someone from the base camp to come and collect you.

13:   UK Paranormal Events are not responsible for the safe custody of client’s property for its loss, theft or damage. All personal belongings, Equipment, clothing, bags, vehicles and effects belonging to you or your party are your own responsibility.

14:   UK Paranormal Events will only use reputable paranormal investigators/historians and mediums during an event.

15:   UKPE only use professional consultants; however, any and all statements made utilising our consultants are the sole opinion of the individual consultant and do not reflect the opinions or policies, stated or otherwise, of UK Paranormal Events.

No perceived predictions, advice, information, opinions or comments made by our employees, contractors, psychics, mediums or clairvoyants should be interpreted as factual or actual.

16:   These terms and conditions are non-negotiable and your booking of an event demonstrates their acceptance by you, the client. By accepting these terms and conditions you further indemnify the organisers/promoters from and against all legal liability in respect of any costs, damages, demands, claims, penalties, proceedings, actions, suits, losses or expenses in respect of or arising out of the injury to or the death of any person, or damage to any property arising from my participation in the activity and attendance at an event.
