Q: Is there an age limit for attending these events?
A: We only allow people 18 years of age and over to attend our events.
Q: Will I get my money back if I have to cancel my booking?
A: Refunds depend on when you cancel your booking; please refer to our refund policy for full information.
Q: What happens if I get scared on an event?
A: We want you to enjoy your evening with us; we do not make any one participate in anything they do not like or do not feel comfortable in doing. If you get scared and wish to leave an investigation for a while we will arrange for a UK Paranormal Events Team Member to pick you up from your location and sit with you to ensure you are ok. You are free to leave an event at any time you wish.
Q: Can I bring my own filming and ghost hunting equipment?
A: You are welcome to bring filming and ghost hunting equipment with you, please remember that you are going to have to carry this equipment around, but yes please bring you equipment. UK Paranormal Tours will supply a selection of ghost hunting equipment like dowsing rods, digital thermometers, EMF meters, digital voice recorders, all of which you will be able to use on the evening.
Q: Am I guaranteed to have paranormal activity on the night?
A: I would love to be able to answer this question with a yes but unfortunately the paranormal is not that simple and we cannot guarantee you will see ghosts or experience paranormal activity, however putting you in the right environment with our skilled investigators does increase the chances.
